Attached Properties Active Listings: 2499 Average Days on Market: 217 Under Contract: 384 Closed Last 3 Months: 393
The market in the areas ofArlington Heights, Barrington, Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove,
Hoffman Estates, Inverness, Mount Prospect, Palatine, Schaumburg, Rolling Meadows and
Roselle are still slow. There is less on the market now than a year ago. It does seem that we are getting very close to a bottom in pricing. There isn't much room to go down in
price.The distressed homes in Arlington Heights, Barrington, Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove, Hoffman
Estates, Inverness, Mount Prospect, Palatine, Schaumburg, RollingMeadows and Roselle are at
about 30%.Once we clear those out in the next few years we will see a stronger recovery.
