The Market in the northwest suburbs is still slow but properties in the area of Arlington Heights, Barrington, Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove, Hoffman Estates, Inverness, Mount Prospect, Palatine, Schaumburg, Rolling Meadows and Roselle are still selling. The amount of active listings is up but also the amount of properties that have closed and gone to contract has also gone up.
