 Town Grant Programs
 Many of our area towns offer grant programs that you can 
 utilize to give you more money for your down payment 
 and/or closing costs.  You'll have to meet certain 
 requirements and attend a class in many cases, but there 
 are huge benefits.  Some towns will match your down 
 payment up to $10,000! 

 You'll need to get in on the programs early, as the funds are 
 limited and once they are gone for a year you won't be able
 to get them again until the following year.  So if you are 
 planning on buying in 2009, apply now.  Sound to good to be
