The Market in the northwest suburbs is still slow but properties in the area of Arlington Heights, Barrington, Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove, Hoffman Estates, Inverness, Mount Prospect, Palatine, Schaumburg, Rolling Meadows and Roselle are still selling. The great news is that the amount of closed listings in the past 3 months have doubled!! If you have your home for sale in the northwest suburbs or any area nearby you need to make sure you are priced aggressively and staged correctly. Buyers now are shopping online and looking at a lot of listings. It is very important to have your home for sale staged and have great pictures of the interior online.
